2. Terms and Conditions of Services

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between the parties.

Any condition, warranty, representation or other term concerning the Services which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated into these terms and conditions, or any collateral contract, whether by statute, common law or otherwise, is hereby excluded. Neither party shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made to it, on which it relied in entering into these terms and conditions (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and each party's only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions.

Any payments for work/goods/services provided shall be paid for according to the terms stated on the Invoice supplied, or otherwise by prior mutual agreement.

The Owner reserves the right to add late collection fees and interest to any outstanding payments owed to the Owner for any reason.
